Validity Invalid: junior objective synonym of Pupa inversa Grateloup, 1828, which Grateloup (1838) listed in synonymy. Wenz (1923: 1066, 1068) listed Pupa inversa twice, the second time considering it (incorrectly!) a nomen nudum and listing it in synonymy of Pupa striata Grateloup, 1838. Wenz considered both taxa dubious and perhaps based on initial whorls of a clausiliid. [details]
