Authority Wenz (1913) introduced the name as a "mutation", which is not governed by the Code. However, Wenz (1926) listed the name as subspecies and the referred to his earlier description, which makes the name available from its original description (Wenz 1913) according to ICZN Art. 45.6.4.1. [details]
