Taxonomic remark The taxonomic status of this species is disputable. Glöer (2019 p. 330) places it in synonymy of Ancylus fluviatilis (O.F. Müller, 1774). On the other hand, the latter species represents a species complex, and, prpbably, A. expanilabris is a proper name for designation of a certain member of it. [details]
