Validity Introduced for the supposed junior homonym of "Actaeonella conica Zekeli, 1852", non Acteonella conica Briart & Cornet, 1868. However, Zekeli did not introduce a new taxon but merely attributed Tornatella conica Münster, 1844 [= Trochactaeon conicus] to Actaeonella (despite marking the name as "Zk."). Since the secondary homonymy persists with Münster's species and the name was replaced before 1961 (Art. 59.3), Acteonella conica Briart & Cornet, 1868 is considered permanently invalid. [details]
