From editor or global species database
Editor's comment Most probably, Rissolina is paraphyletic, based principally on the presence of a spiral channel and, more anteriorly, a spiral rib on the base. These characters, however, are highly variable in strength, and have no taxonomic value above the species-level in related genera such as Phosinella and Moerchiella. Placing this species in Rissoina is recommended. [details]
