A new species of Diodora from Cuba is described. D. dysoni and D. arcuata (Sowerby) are recorded for the first time. Data about habitat, morphological variations, and horizontal and vertical distributions of the 14 species of Diodora occurring in the Cuban coasts are given. D. variegata (Sowerby) is placed in the synonymy of D. minuta (Lamarck).
