Homonymy Nacella compressa Verco, 1906 [now Naccula compressa] is a junior homonym of Nacella compressa Mabille & Rochebrune, 1889, and would need a replacement name. However the specific distinctiveness of N. compressa (Verco, 1906) from N. punctata (Quoy & Gaimard, 1834) is not firmly established (I. Loch, pers. com., 21 dec. 2018); they may be synonyms and a replacement name would thus not be necessary. [details]
