Nomenclature Pease used the name Triphoris gracilis twice in the same paper, for two different species, once on pp. 774-775, once on p. 777. The two descriptions differ slightly. Only one lot under that name is contained in the original collection of Pease in MCZ. Kay (1975) stated that she was unable to find any note by Pease correcting this error. [details]
