Status Clearly not Turritellidae. Here considered taxon inquirendum by lack of recent literature. Placed in Cerithium by Orbigny, 1849, and later in Nerinea after Bronn, 1835, which could be a confusion of two different species (?following misapplication of the name by Phillips, 1829?). Considered in Cerithinella by Hudleston, 1891. Current placement not known at present.  [details]
