Additional information Cyrena intermedea Meek & Hayden, 1856 (p. 116) was later incorrectly spelt as C. intermedia by Meek & Hayden (1860) and considered a homonym of C. intermedia Melleville, 1843. They introduced C. nebrascensis as replacement name, which is a junior objective synonym of C. intermedea. [details]
