Synonymy Babak (1983) and Starobogatov (1994) synonymized D. huoti and D. brusinai and used huoti as valid name (considering that both species were introduced by Andrusov 1897). However, Andrusov already introduced D. brusinai in 1893, which takes precedence. Note that Nevesskaja et al. (1997) only used the name huoti and did not mention brusinai.
