Editor's comment : Reinhardtia is not a nom. nov. pro "Odostomia Westerlund, 1878", non Fleming, 1813. Westerlund [1887, Fauna der in der paläarctischen Region... lebenden Binnenconchylien, 3: 79] (and before him, Moquin-Tandon, 1855, Histoire naturelle des mollusques terrestres et fluviatiles de France, 2: 349, 387) did use Odostomia for land snails, but they attributed the name to Fleming. Fleming's extension of Odostomia was composite, including both marine and land minute snails with apertural teeth; Gray's type species designation restricted it to a genus of Pyramidellidae.
